I want to get more consistent with my week notes, so here’s my week for week 37 of the year.
Reading
Last week, I read one book and one book only. On Friday (12/9) I finished my book, Angels & Demons by Dan Brown. 620 pages read in two weeks, a big step in my reading. When a couple of books ago, it took me two months to read 400 odd pages.
I really enjoyed the time spent reading. Once I finished Angels & Demons, I started Assassin’s Creed Valhalla - Geirmund’s Saga which I got a large chunk into, really enjoying it.
Day | Pages |
---|---|
Monday | 54 |
Tuesday | 34 |
Wednesday | 67 |
Thursday | 51 |
Friday | 103 |
Saturday | 32 |
Sunday | 70 |
That’s an average of 58 pages a day. I’m enjoying my reading, a lot more than a few months ago where I was really struggling with my reading.
Writing
I have written a couple of blosts this month.
2 Year Linux Challenge - Where Am I Now?
iOS 26 Has Released - Is It Worth The Hype
A couple of great reads there.
Gaming
I played a lot of Stormworks: Build and Rescue over the weekend, even building a boat that actually works and is quite fun to play with. I even uploaded this to the Steam Workshop page (no link because it links to my personal Steam account but 4 people have subscribed to the item so yeah).
I also did a bit of FlightGear flying, with some helicopters and some old warbirds.
Lots of fun.
Anyway, that’s all for this week’s week notes, a little bit later than I’d have hoped for but at least I wrote them :). BYEEE!!!
