2 Year Linux Challenge - Where Am I Now?

📕 180 words ⏳ 1 min.

I’ve been using Arch Linux for 64 days, and it’s been great. I’ve only broken a couple of things that I was able to fix easily (which was a surprise to me, normally if I break something, I would just reinstall or distro hop).

How Is It Going?

The challenge itself is going great, I’m enjoying using something that is stable and runs smoothly on my old hardware. Having the most up-to-date packages is a bonus and great to try out the newest updates as soon as they are publicly released.

I’m using BSPWM and have got a nice little setup going, still got a couple of bits left to sort out but overall, working as I want it.

I’m very productive when I sit down and set my mind to work, I have had trouble in the past with constantly playing around with new things and stuff like that which led to a lot of breakages and sadness. Not anymore!

I was hoping to write more for this but there we go, hope you enjoyed it, BYEEE!!!
