Why I Use XOrg Over Wayland - Part 2 (Clearing some things up)

I just wanted to put out another post, just touching on a couple of things about my previous post.

Firstly, I want to say that I understand that “shill” might sound confrontational to some people, it is not intended in that way, if you see it in that way I apologise. It’s meant as a joke for those who are like “Wayland is the only option worth using, just use Wayland, Wayland is everything”.

Secondly, the point of my post is to share why I am using XOrg over Wayland, it’s not a comparison of the two, but a list of what I have on XOrg but not on Wayland — not why everyone should use XOrg. — This kind of ties in with my third point, my post is also meant as a way for me to find out solutions to my problems, if people have found these same issues and have gotten around it (which I already have — regarding the Chromium issue I mentioned).

I’m not going to edit my previous post, but I’ll link this post at the end, as this is just to clear a couple of things up — at the end of the day my post is mine, I wrote it how I saw fit, therefore it’s staying how I envisioned it.
