I Swindled A Kindle

I have, of recent, wanted an e-reader to try to increase my reading. I was going to look into ordering one, but an opportunity arose over Christmas for me to swindle a Kindle. I have been reading a lot more recently.

For Christmas, my dad got a brand new Kindle e-reader, to replace his aged, old Kindle 2012. This led to an opportunity that I couldn't pass up on. I made sly comments about his old Kindle to the point where my parents knew what I was meaning and basically just said, yeah whatever. YIPPEE! I got it all setup the same day that I managed to get it off my dad (the same day that I had set up his Kindle, as the family tech support).

I have an Amazon account from my old Kindle Fire tablets, one of my old 7" ones I had setup to be an "e-reader" but never actually used it much and so I had some freebie books on my account which I have never touched (including some classics like: Gulliver's Travels, A Christmas Carol and Black Beauty). I have started reading Gulliver's Travels but I am also looking to get some more books on my Kindle. While I am a cheapskate with a budget of £0, I have found a couple of websites that offer free epub files (I have run a number of virus scans of a downloaded file and all clear by over 10 antivirus scanners) so I am hopeful to get some nice new stuff to read.
